All instructors and adult students will have been fully vaccinated and passed the post vaccination waiting period by the end of May!

Please note that we will still be wearing masks to encourage their usage among those waiting to be vaccinated.

Come join us at the Gazebo every weeknight for a great free workout.

Today's class was held outside for the first time this year.

The weather forecast called for chilly, but it was actually at the freezing mark and there were a few snowflakes.

Plenty of kicking drills helped keep us warm.

Good news, Grandmaster Roger Rodriguez has returned to the region!

Once it is COVID19-safe, we look forward to a reunion with our teacher.

April First 2021 will definitely not be a joke as our belt test candidates will begin training for the next belt test.

Candidates who successfully pass a pretest later in the month will be invited to test in May 2021.

After the holiday break we are restarting classes M-W-F 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
