They didn't all make it into this photo, but there was a large class last night, with a number of new students trying class for the first time.

This photo doesn't catch everyone's "best side", but it does show several students stretching hard.

Congratulations to all the successful yellow belt candidates!

It was not an easy test and even though you were exhausted, you pushed through and succeeded!

Today's black belt class included practicing yop chagi.

A little rain doesn't stop us from training.

All instructors and adult students will have been fully vaccinated and passed the post vaccination waiting period by the end of May!

Please note that we will still be wearing masks to encourage their usage among those waiting to be vaccinated.
